Aaron Glantz, KPFA Sacramento reporter, describes the 'strike' against Pacifica Network News (PNN) by 40 contributing reporters to start Jan. 31, 2000 unless Pacifica commits to ending the censorship that culminated in the ouster of News Director Dan Coughlin for reporting a one-day boycott of PNN by 16 affiliate stations in October 1999 (news conference/rally 1/31/2000, noon, outside of KPFA).
